Each CUSTOM UNIT is individually machine made to the specifications given by the customer. All units requires 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to manufacture. Due to the customized nature of each product, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on custom units.

Bundles, Closures and Frontals ONLY may be exchanged within 3 business days of verified receipt of package. Only items that have not been ALTERED or TAMPERED with will be exchanged. Wigs, Courses & Accessories are FINAL SALE. Restrictions and fees apply.

For READY TO SHIP Units, orders will be processed within one to three business day after purchase is completed.

WHO DO YOU USE TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES?

All orders are shipped through USPS and tracking numbers will be provided to you. All orders require a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Please ensure that time and care is taken into consideration when filling out the shipping address. Once in our system, corrections cannot be made.
